Kacem Electronic Industry « KEI » is a Tunisian, limited liability company (LCC) operating in the electrical industries sector. Founded on 1985 in the island of Kerkennah, KEI is responsible for manufacturing low and medium power transformers and ballasts for fluorescent, mercury, sodium vapor and metal halide lamps. As part of its development strategy, KEI has diversified its activities as well as enlarged its products’ range through the strengthening of its human and equipment potential. Currently, it becomes a leader in the lighting market through the manufacturing of lighting equipments, luminaires and floodlights.

The company KEI follows a quality policy supervised by its quality management system certified according to the standard ISO 9001:2008 and audited periodically by TUV, CERT. Since 2009, KEI has engaged on the CE labeling approach (CELAB, Italy). Those products are also tested and certified by the technical center of mechanical and electrical industries (CETIME, Tunis).
